How Can I Help?

I have a chronic illness so I used to answer that question with "nothing aside from pray." But now I've come up with something new that gives people an easy and physical way to help; The Crazy Caterpillar Book.
It's where I put all of my get well soon cards, so you can just send me a card for me to, write something out and mail it to me, or even write in the book personally. I always have it in my wheelchair bag with

• Colourful Sharpie pens so you don't always have to use boring black.
• Pages set aside for brave people who want to just write in the book directly.
• Two SMASH pads; Favorite Person and Blank for people who wanna write something but don't know what to say of where to start.
• A bunch of neon coloured note cards for people who want to write without the SMASH pads. The note cards have more room, so that could be a deciding factor I guess.
   

I will take this book with me should I be hospitalized again, flip through it whenever I have a really tough appointment coming up, or when I'm discouraged. It really helps to lift my spirits, encourage me and comforts me so your contribution would mean a lot. :)
