My best friend (for those of you wondering, twinny is a different height and above best friend), Eric officially graduated high school today! He actually finished last December and has been going to college which shows how awesome he is, not only did today mark the end of high school, but he also finished his first semester of college!
His ceremony was a bit crazier than mine, they had beach balls and it was hilarious! Some of the students hid them under their seats and blew them up while people were speaking. The beach balls were far more interesting than the speeches, so the audience got really involved and started cheering for the rebel ball throwers. "They're coming! Throw it!" And, as the security people tried to capture one ball, another one would pop up and started bouncing through the crowd the other way. One of the balls didn't get fully inflated and was very sad looking, so much so the speaker stopped and told everyone "there's nothing sadder than a dead beach ball."
All in all, it was really good and awesome to see him walk. We got some pretty neat pictures and had a blast posing and goofing off for them.
Eric, I know you're reading this because you're an awesome friend who reads my random blog, so I wanted to let you know that I am really proud of you. We did it!
