Get on your knees, and fight like a man!

In case you didn't guess it from my oh so crafty title, today's blog post about prayer.
Though it's really simple, a lot of people (myself included) find it difficult to pray. There are all sorts of excuses, such as 'I don't know how to pray' or 'I don't have the time', but we're told over and over in the Bible to pray, so there isn't really an excuse not to now is there? Sure, some people are better at prayer than others, such as my mother and little sister, but it's not like we can dump all the prayer responsibility on them. It's just not right! God wants to hear from all of us, not just a select few. He likes to hear from his children, He likes talkin' to us, plain and simple. Sure, your prayers might not be like the psalms, really nice and well worded, but if your speaking from the heart, God'll be happy to hear'um just the same.
I guess what I'm saying is you don't have to be a prayer warrior to speak to the Father. You just have to care about Him, love Him and want to talk to Him.
